Below are examples from three exit questionnaires completed with clients to provide staff with feedback on their stay in the service. Clients views are important to us and we use this and other feedback to monitor how well we are delivering our services and what service users find helpful or not. Who better to inform us if we are providing support and accommodation than the people who use the services?

 For example the Welcome pack is being updated by the Cyrenians Client Involvement Group as a result of comments about how useful people felt it was and what they thought should be included in the packs.
