The Client Involvement Group is made up of a group of our clients, meeting once every 6 weeks, to consider various policies, procedures and practices within Coventry Cyrenians, and to identify how improvements can be made to benefit all our clients.

The Client involvement met on the 27th August and 22nd October.  We had service users attend and share their thoughts about Cyrenians. On the 22nd October they met with and had the opportunity to talk to the Board of Trustees, which was really positive.  A buffet lunch was provided for service users, staff and Trustees.

The group were given time to express their ideas in a safe environment and were aware that this was an opportunity to promote policy change that will benefit new and existing clients.  The key topics included peer mentoring and interviewing questions needed to recruit staff.  We are really excited about future meetings because we all have a drive to improve and move forward.  img_0717.jpg
